hi im rad. im a non-binary self taught artist other than those art classes you had to take in elementary school and the elective i had to take in high school
one of my goals is to get the equipment to be able to stream, as a hobby, not as a job or anything. the thought of being background noise and experiencing games with others sounds fun and maybe itll get me to actually finish games for once.
another goal is having my art in a game. idk what kind of game, and it probably wont happen any time soon, but seeing art ive done in a game someone plays sounds like itd be incredible. i still have a lot to learn before i reach that point, but its still something i hope to do one of these daystools: huion kamvas 13 tablet, clip studio paint, acer desktop (i dont know specifics please dont ask)

Terms Of Service

by commissioning me, you must agree do the following:payment:
•i encourage paying fully. i am more than okay if you need to wait to pay or want to pay half first and half another time. however, i will not send you the commission until you have payed the full price
•my prices depend on complexity. for example, the drawing with the most detail is the most expensive
•the way of payment is through kofi
•i will discuss payment for things youre confused about, but the total payment is the total payment, i will not lower itservice:
•when commissioning me, you are also paying for my service, once im finished with the drawing, the rights will remain mine. you may print the drawing for your own personal use but please do NOT sell it and absolutely do NOT sell as an NFT or mint as an NFT. using my art as an NFT in any way is completely prohibited. in addition to all of that, absolutely do NOT edit my art to add/take away something. if you want an alternate version of what you want, tell me. using my art to put into an AI system is absolutely prohibited. anything i make is for your own personal use and your own personal use alone.
•i have the right to decline drawing you something if it makes me uncomfortable or im incapable of drawing something you want. such as: intense gore, anything nsfw, any fetishes, robots, complicated armor, anything political, any hate towards someone else, animals, etc. if you have any questions please contact me
•you may upload the drawing without permission, but you must give some sort of credit, preferably in the description or, if posted on twitter, within the same post as the picture. i will be uploading the piece on my own accounts and prefer to post them first.
•i will not send you the drawing without the watermarks
•if the drawing takes longer than expected or if youre curious about how the drawing is going, you are free to contact me for an update or check on trello. please dont do this constantly though, i will try my best to keep trello updated
•if you have not paid and decided you dont want a drawing from me anymore, please let me know before i finish the drawing, preferably during the sketching processas the artist i hold every right to the produced artwork, so i may do whatever i wish with it such as:
•post it on social media and/or display it as an example
•promote myself with it anywhereas the commissioner, you MAY:
•repost the art on your socials as long as you give proper credit and are not gaining profit from it
•print the art for personal use only
•use it as decoration for sites, stream schedules, icons, cover photos, etc. and are not gaining profit from ityou are NOT allowed to:
•change or modify my art, if you want something added or changed, please let me know during the sketching process
•reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
•feed or use my art to train AI
•sell or mint my art as NFT
•take credit for the art
•remove my watermark/signaturerefunds/time:
•i will not be doing refunds, so please make sure you definitely want a drawing from me
•i will be working on the drawing when i can and have the motivation to do it. if anything happens that requires me to not work on commissions, i will make a post about it or contact you personally
•i do not do due dates, but if you need something by a specific date, please contact me a month or two (or more) in advance. doing this though, i will not be sending you or posting the art anywhere until the date you wanted it arrives, i would also appreciate it if you contact me a day before the date you wanted it arrivesother:
•if you use your commission as an icon/cover photo, etc. anywhere, PLEASE provide credit somewhere, preferably in a bio if one is available
•the best way to get a good quality picture of your commission is through tumblr. if youre not comfortable with that, i encourage you to give me your discord name. please keep in mind that i will still post it on twitter and tumblr and possibly instagram depending
•if im unsure about something, i will contact you for your opinion on how something looks/how the colors are
•if something minor needs to be fixed, please let me know during the sketching process
•i will send you a screenshot of the sketch to make sure everything looks alright in terms of design/pose/etc
•if youre not comfortable with me making speedpaints of or streaming your commission, please let me know. i cant promise ill do it, but in case i do i would like to know if youre okay with it ahead of time.
•i will be posting the finished commission on twitter, tumblr, if youre comfortable with it being posted on instagram i will post it there too. if you have an account for any of those, please let me know!
•if you want me to draw you something, you MUST have a clear, digital reference of the character you want to be drawn. must provide solid colors, full body reference, and any small details i must know. i will not draw you anything if you only describe colors, have a traditional reference, give me a real life photo, or just describe the character to me
•i will be keeping track of commissions on trello, along with links to finished commissions to the respected commissioner and process on whether a drawing is finished or not. i will also be posting finished commissions here on carrd along with the commissioners @ and link to the finished commission on twitter
•if you decide to change your url/name, PLEASE let me know along with what your past url/name was. please dont be afraid to message me and let me know!by commissioning me, you have accepted to the terms and service listed abovethese terms of service is subject to change

in order for me to draw you something, you must provide the following:

•with in-game characters, you must provide me a reference. preferably one that looks like such:

•any extra panels with clothing or equipment that can't bee seen will also be appreciated
•please have your references in daylight or a neutral lighting area, i will not accept references during night time or in dark areasgames i will take references for are but not limited to:
•animal crossing [pocket camp or otherwise]
•kingdom hearts union x
•maplestory [1 and 2]
•LINEplay (more difficult outfits may not be accepted, please ask if you arent sure)
•toram online
note: with games that are pixelated, please let me know any specifics you want on the character as pixel art is a little hard to tell whats on the character. if you have and questions on what games i will draw characters from, please dont be afraid to ask! i will not accept anything from games such as skyrim, dark souls, etc. as theyre more difficult to drawwith original characters, you must provide me a reference sheet like such:

•MUST provide a digital reference with solid colors, a full body reference, and any details that arent shown in the full body reference you would like me to add. i will not accept a traditional reference or text descriptions
•if you have a separate file (or files) for details and/or outfits or anything please dont be afraid to send those to me too! the more references the better

•backgrounds will vary: simple, nothing too complex, plain colored background or transparent, depending on what the commissioner wants
•since this style of shading takes longer, the pricing is more expensive
•if asked, could have a more "messy" lineart (like the last drawing) but will still be fully rendered. does not change pricingpricing:

•may not make a speed drawing of this but may stream progress if okay with commissionerpricing:
